Module 3: Training course Spraying Systems, Optional peripheral equipment

Participants:

Set-up operators, operators, maintenance personnel, foremen, masters 

Prerequisites: 

Participants should possess basic knowledge of our spraying equipment, spraying tools and controllers for this training. 

Training content: 

• Overview of spray systems (standard, robot PSR)
• Structure / Components - Maintenance and servicing of spraying equipment
• Construction of spray tools (standard, compact, ECO)
• Diagnostics and fault localisation at the spray system / spraying tool
• Overview of release agent supply systems MDA/OSA
• Construction/components
• Maintenance and servicing of the release agent supply systems
• Diagnostics and fault localisation of release agent supply systems
• Overview flow rate measurement DFM
• Integration controller PC2 / external detection variant
• Maintenance and servicing / Diagnostics and fault localisation
• Practical guidance and instruction / execution of maintenance work on the spray system and optional peripheral equipment 

Training objective: 

• The participants are able to perform preventative and necessary maintenance and servicing measures on our sprayers and optional peripherals with active cooperation after the completion of the course. 

Training duration 1 day (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
